By Shaun O'Donnell WITH the recent closure of many smaller Post business office resulting in thirster queues, why must they insist on request if you need a recognition card, home insurance or car insurance? Like many people, I have resorted to purchasing road tax online to avoid the fuss of going into town to stand for 40 min and hear that Ethel doesn't need car insurance as her cataracts stop her from drive any more.
